Partner Overview:

As we expand our EU footprint, we’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager with 2–4 years of experience in ad tech, CTV, or digital media to help scale our client base and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • 2-4 years in ad tech sales, programmatic advertising, or digital media, preferably with exposure to CTV/OTT/FAST or video advertising.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and CTV advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of the EU CTV landscape, including key players (e.g., Roku, Samsung Ads, Sky) and regional nuances.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts (e.g., audience segmentation, frequency capping) into client-friendly language.
  • Fluency in English; additional EU languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a strong plus.

2. Market Expertise

  • 2-4 years in ad tech sales, programmatic advertising, or digital media, preferably with exposure to CTV/OTT/FAST or video advertising.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and CTV advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of the EU CTV landscape, including key players (e.g., Roku, Samsung Ads, Sky) and regional nuances.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts (e.g., audience segmentation, frequency capping) into client-friendly language.
  • Fluency in English; additional EU languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a strong plus.

3. Relationship Management

Compensation bump

Starti will add at least 10% to your current/previous compensation package (yes you can include everything).
